Director, Product Management, Developer Experience - Cloud Foundational Services

Director, Product Management (PXDP60)

In this role, you will be expected to lead data protection (building and enhancing safeguards for our most critical data to meet compliance and standards globally), small accounts strategy (our ability to rightsize and segment AWS accounts), Cloud Software Defined Network (abstracted network management), and modern cloud architecture adoption.

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

• 10+ years of experience in technical product management, engineering, data privacy/protection, or cloud operations/infrastructure

• 3+ years of experience in people leadership

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification

McLean, VA: $226,000 - $257,900 for Director, Product Management New York, NY: $246,500 - $281,300 for Director, Product Management Plano, TX: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management Richmond, VA: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
