 Create plans for the development and delivery of data to support strategic business objectives, business operations, advanced analytics, metrics and reporting
 Lead requirements gathering sessions with varying levels of leadership, complete detailed project planning utilizing JIRA to record planned project execution steps
 Manage / develop data visualization solutions utilizing Tableau & QLIK that provides intuitive insights to our key stakeholders
 Manage / develop data wrangling workflows utilizing Alteryx to provide data requirements into the required format for the data visualization software Conduct thorough control testing of each component of the solution providing evidence that all data and visualization are providing accurate insights and evidence in the control process/ validate with stakeholders
 Identify the scope of critical data within their product, ensuring that the prioritized data is well-documented, and classified accordingly with metadata
 Lead conceptual technical discussion with data engineering partner
 Become a subject matter expert in these responsibilities and support team members in becoming more proficient themselves

 10-12+ years of overall experience working in analytics / business intelligence teams and 5+ years’ experience of managing teams
 Demonstrated ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context and sense business opportunities hidden in data
 Experience in use of project management tools like JIRA, Confluence
 Minimum 5 years’ experience developing advanced data visualization and presentations preferably with Tableau, Qlik
 Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
 Experience with business intelligence analytic and data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, SAS, or Python
 Experience in designing and delivering cross functional custom reporting solutions

• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
