Your Impact
- Supporting the greater region may also be required
- Organizes and optimizes workspace layouts to support operational efficiency and employee needs
- Analyzing space utilization, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Work to support all facility (day-to-day) operational activities
- The role primarily operates in an office environment with occasional site visits required. Some travel may be necessary based on project demands
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, facilities management, or a related field or equivalent military experience required
- 2+ years of experience in space planning, facilities coordination, or a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or related design software
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in High Tech global company, advantage
- Experienced G-suite user
- Effective written and verbal communication, Hebrew and English
- Must work well with fellow employees, working towards common goals
- A desire to become the best version of oneself and to create a great place to work for others
- A sense of humor and grace under pressure
