In this role, you will:- Split your focus between market analysis, performance analysis, commercial initiatives, partner management and editorial initiatives.
Extensive leadership experience in the video subscription space, with a solid commercial background and ability to define long-term development strategies within a global, multi-layered organization.
Deep understanding of the value-added service ecosystem, specifically the OTT, Pay TV and ISP.
Experience working in a global capacity and have partnered with international teams to drive success.
Strong experience in the Italian and Spanish video marketplace, content rights and distribution, with a view of key trends and players, through a strong local and international network.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, fostering collaboration and a can-do attitude.
Great people management skills, including setting goals, driving performance, and encouraging development.
Outstanding analytical skills, and the ability to clearly present business insights to Senior Leadership.
Proactive, results-driven and highly adaptable attitude, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
