QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered as an Investment Banking Associate, Associate Attorney, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered as an Investment Banking Associate, Associate Attorney, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Working with clients in the financial and technology industry; discounted cash flow models; public comparable; precedent transactions; ability to pay analysis; leveraged buyout models; accretion; dilution; mergers and acquisitions; contract review; M&A data room software; accounting; FactSet; Bloomberg; S&P Global Market Intelligence; Dealogic; Corporate Finance Valuations; capital structures; regulatory financial reporting; balance sheets; income statements; notes to financial statements; and assessing a company’s financial performance, including growth, profitability, margin profile, debt capacity and liquidity. Experience may be gained through graduate work experience.

Job Location: 383 Madison Ave., New York, NY 10179. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.

Full-Time. Salary: $225,000.00-$225,000.00 per year.
