Focus areas for this position will be Energy Storage applications, integration of Solar, Energy Storage, Site Loads and EV Charging, with emphasis in Software for monitoring, controls and communication of plant assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Definition of new product and feature requirements in the North America CCI Segment for Monitoring and Controls of Solar, Storage, building loads by working with the regional commercial team, customers and Headquarters.
- Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
- Track and monitor competitive activity in the industry. Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates SolarEdge products in the market
- Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products. develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand.
- Educate and develop account management staff. Coach and motivate account group leaders to effectively develop and motivate their direct reports. Identify and recommend internal and external training opportunities.
