Your Role and Responsibilities Market Delivery Executive are the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our company and our clients. As a Delivery Market Delivery Executive with IBM, you will have the opportunity to provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network. Your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring integrity of, and access to, our most important resource data. You will need to visit the domestic client’s offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.
Responsibilities:
Manage client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Monitor and enhance client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Oversee the performance of delivery matrix, analyzing key metrics and implementing improvements as necessary.
Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.
Implement cost management strategies to optimize delivery expenses while maintaining service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and delivery objectives.
Develop and maintain documentation related to service delivery processes and performance.
Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on delivery performance, client satisfaction, and cost management initiatives..
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 15 years of total experience comprising of Technical support, service delivery , Solution design and large project management.
Should have credentials reflecting the client success and satisfaction
Managed Cost and drive transformation initiative for respective domain
Should have experience and credentials reflecting Enterprise Network solution delivery and related business growth.
Sales Acumen would be added advantage specifically on Enterprise networking domain.
General Management, Delivery Matrix Management, Vendor Management, OEM Collaboration experience is must
Proven experience in managing client SLAs, client satisfaction, and delivery performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
Ability to develop and implement cost management strategies to achieve business objectives.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
