In your first few weeks you will be introduced to Outbrain’s IT processes and Tools, learn how to support the end users, maintain the networking environment and collaborate with other team members across the department.
You will work with Google workspace, Mac and Microsoft OS and tools, Slack,, Zoom conferencing systems and more.
What you’ll bring:
You are likely to have 2-3 years of relevant Help Desk experience, supporting end users on their daily IT needs
MAC laptop support experience/ Windows laptop/desktop support - Essential
Experience supporting Multi OS platforms - Essential
Have a basic LAN/WAN knowledge, security and Telecoms - Essential
Other Skills/Experience:
You must have demonstrable experience
Flexible and can understand and overcome challenges head on
Great people skills and the ability to work in collaboration with other team members & internal customers
Communication skills: High level of English is required (verbal and written).
Ability to travel to APAC offices - sometimes at relatively short notice
