Job Description
  • Create and implement integrated marketing plans that support the strategic priorities and objectives of the Altera.

  • Drive Altera brand and product preference in the industry by developing and implementing strong integrated marketing communications strategy including promotions, campaigns, launch, messaging, events, social media etc

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management, PR, sales, engineering, design, and research, to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging and branding.

  • Drive effectiveness and impact of communication initiatives and channels through setting, measuring and reporting of aggressive KPIs

  • Define and manage marketing automation platform and infrastructure

  • Research and monitor industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights to inform and improve communication strategies and tactics.

  • Drive awareness and preference by translating complex and technical information into clear and compelling messages.

  • Efficiently project manage and organize outbound marketing campaigns and events amidst multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Embody Altera's culture and values.

QualificationsMinimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field AND 8+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Program Management, Project Management, or related/ equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • 5+ years of experience in the technology space.

  • Well-versed in a range of technologies and industries that use FPGAs such as AI, industrial, intelligent edge, networking, data center.

  • Creative and strategic thinker

  • Extensive experience with cross-group collaboration, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.

  • Compelling verbal communication, writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Have the skill to work effectively with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and expectations in a dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • FPGA Experience.

  • Experience building and leading productive teams.
