DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

is seekingapart time Strategic Sourcing Internjoin the Strategic Sourcing divisionThis position willbe responsible forand administrativeimprove efficiencyenhancements inexisting Sourcing tools.

This position will be in person 3 times per weekon average in the NYC office.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Launch and update

  • ’s project tracker(optics and functionality)

  • adashboardthatcapturesdepartment’s key achievements whileautomaticallysyncingwith the project tracker

  • asavingscalculatorthat indicatesachieved savings

  • draftpresentations, Excel spreadsheets,project timelinesand trackers

  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and monitor progress ofprojects

  • executionofNDAswith suppliersand other documents

  • vendor/product/market research

  • Project managementrolefor Sourcing projects

  • Provide support in vendor management (e.g. arranging QBRs)

Your qualifications and experience should include:

  • Proficiency in O365,SharePoint,PowerBI, strong skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint

  • indata analyticsusingdata analysis tools,e.g. Excelpivot tables

  • Project management skills

  • Basic knowledge or experience in Sourcing or Procurementpreferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity withITproducts and market

  • Interest inworking in a global media entertainment andtechnologycompany

The target hourly rate for this internship is $19.00per hour. The individual will be paid hourly and eligible for overtime
