Duties: Provide oversight as well as serve as the functional and technical lead during development, implementation, and testing of highly complex projects. Maintain and improve existing applications, defect fixes, and perform peer code reviews. Lead and facilitate business requirements gathering and determining technical impacts during implementation, change coordination, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with product owners and engineers to understand the end-to-end application functionality and capability, analyze and review business requirements and technical specifications of end-to-end applications. Collaborate with application team SMEs to determine system requirements and functionalities with respect to the business scenarios. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Applied Computer Science or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Analyzing business needs using BDD Cucumber/Selenium, Gherkin, and XML to formulate systems that meet management requirements; Conducting system design, feasibility, and cost-studies and recommending cost-effective cloud solutions including Amazon Web services (AWS) and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF); Using safe Agile methodologies to identify code conflicts and mutual agreements on technology solutions across cross functional teams; Performing peer reviews in BitBucket for Java code changes to evaluate technical content and quality using SonarQube and correcting defects to meet application requirements using JIRA; Leading the integration of multiyear projects which include data migration and conversion efforts to new and advanced technology platforms/ solutions including Protractor, REST assured API / Angular UI Automation using BDD, Mobile Android and iOS automation using Appium, UIAutomatorviewer, Zephyr Standalone, and ZBOT; Collaborating with business unit focus groups to discuss and finalize requirements and installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining application systems in production and non-production environments using Jenkins, RLM, BitBucket, and PCF; and reviewing logs and data in DB using Oracle SQL Developer for anomalies, correcting the data accordingly, and providing issue analysis and fixes for any post implementation issues reported. 40 hrs./wk.
