Portfolio and Program Managementteam. The ideal candidate willbe responsible forstreamlining delivery operations and achieving operational excellence through planning,and effective coordination across teams. This role requires achief of staff mindsetstrategic vision, tactical execution, and strongskills.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

  • Ability to partner and collaborate with Engineering & Product Leadership

  • Ability to cultivate a strategic approach to Stakeholder Management, Capacity Planning, and Delivery Operations.

  • Establish andmaintaina robust Rhythm of Business (ROB) structure and frameworkfor the Engineering Team.

  • Reinforce this framework to meet stakeholder expectations and enhance delivery operations.

  • Ensure seamless coordination across various teams and programs.

  • Solution Ownersand engineering managers

  • clear guidance on team priorities to ensure alignment and focus.

Tactical Delivery:

  • Implement ROB processes, including work intake, planning, estimation, and other related activities.

  • Oversee the project management and successful delivery of small to medium-sized projects.

  • Maintain and update supporting artifacts, such as project plans.

  • Ensure transparency and visibility into all ongoing work, including major initiatives, enhancements, andtechnology health.

  • Monitor resourceutilizationand managecapacityplanning effectively.

  • Coordinate and manage dependencies across engineering teams.

  • Drive the accuracy and reliability of all data.

and Abilities

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships to engage, align, and motivate people to deliver

  • Ability to bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, and Architecture groups tofacilitatesolutions

  • Strong project and program management skills

  • Comfort in technical delivery

  • Understand the importance of building strong working relationships

  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or other relevant project management certification.

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • Familiarity with Capacity Planning and Resource Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degreein computer science, information technology or related field

  • + years’ experience in IT, and/orprojectm

  • 5+ years of experience in a program managercapacity

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role within the IT sector.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to cultivate relationships and manage expectations.

  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

  • in using project management tools and software.

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall program management methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
