- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Biology, Meteorology, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program management role
- Environmental/energy management systems experience in the Americas region
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in North America/South America environmental/energy regulations, environmental incident management, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
- Environmental/energy management systems experience in North America/South America
- Experience in the implementation of the environmental or energy management systems within an organization, with knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or 50001
- Outstanding skills and experience in collaboration and relationship-building with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders, and problem solving and project management skills
- Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently as the role requires communicating with stakeholders in Spanish-speaking countries in the Americas region
