- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
- Experience writing for the web and with Markdown, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience assisting non-writers with developmental and copy editing.
- Experience with REST-based technologies (e.g., HTTP, JSON, XML, YAML).
- Familiarity with API management, Cloud, Cloud/Hybrid, Multi-Cloud, or SDLC technologies and practices.
- Ability to design information architecture for moderate to large content sets.
- Proven track record of researching and writing effective documentation for developers, and developer operations.
