Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience working on technology or content policy issues within industry, government, think tanks, public interest groups, or relevant industry associations on challenges related to copyright, intellectual property, and media/publisher policy issues.
Experience in online content issues and regulation.
