What you'll do:

  • Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business case, conducting process walkthrough, implementation of solution, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)
  • Support in escalated projects
  • Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
  • Support of pre-sales activities/ scoping/ system demo
  • Supporting customers where renewal is at risk
  • High-level project management and solution architecture
  • Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader
  • Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
  • Detailed planning of process implementation
  • Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
  • Industry /corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
  • Develop and Assure quality of process models
  • Demonstrating profound knowledge of modelling standards and tools
  • Knowledge in features and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP On-premise HCM (Human Capital Management) Modules.
  • Helping customers in moving from On-premise HCM to SAP SuccessFactors
  • Sufficient HR domain knowledge related to the products for process discussions with HR leaders
  • Ability to review existing processes then give accurate estimation and scoping for new SAP Successfactors implementation / migrations.

What you bring:

Functional Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in implementing SAP HCM Payroll and/or Employee Central Payroll.
  • Experience in implementing India Payroll is must. Additional country payroll will be preferred.
  • Experience in related Time Management configuration will be preferred.
  • Good understanding of industry specific business processes (as applicable)

Managerial Experience

  • Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project leader
  • Acts as a coach for colleagues
  • Mentor new consultants

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • English: Fluent. Knowledge of additional language is desirable.
  • Formal SAP certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  • Education qualification in HR domain will be additional advantage.
