In this role you will be facing different challenges such as:

• Out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well!
• Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills andindependent thinking;
• Strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together.

And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:.

• Full operational support to fixed income & other financial instruments which are traded regionally.
• Opening/closing internal operations systems and other several reports for fixed income.
• Resolving issues for our clients, take ownership on them and display client oriented focus.
• Creating your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with, partner with them on a day to day basis to perform more efficiently
• Speak Up! Come up with ideas on how to fix process and technology gaps and follow them through to completion
• Executing trade and position reconciliations.
• Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved.
• Escalating issues in a timely manner.

What do we ask for this position?

• Graduate or bachelor student in Economics, Business Administration or Finance related.
• Team player and willingness to collaborate.
• Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution
• Relevant experience in related functions or businesses is a plus.
• Have 2 years of experience in similar or related functions.
• Be English fluent or advanced.
• Excel and Fixed Income knowledge is a plus.
