Apply now for the position of, and you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain to a high standard; a range of state-of-the-art medical equipment (CT, MI and AT) and address customer needs promptly and professionally. This position will be based in.


Your role:

  • You perform preventive maintenance and corrective interventions on medical imaging systems, with a focus on CT, AT and MI modalities.
  • You maintain a high level of communication and interaction with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build a long-term relationship based on trust.
  • You take ownership of assigned customer sites by ensuring full follow-up of imaging equipment in full transparency with users.
  • You actively participate in the startup and calibration of new equipment in hospitals and clinics, in close coordination with internal teams and partners.
  • You carry out software updates and hardware upgrades across all equipment, in compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • You develop tailored technical training plans and deliver training sessions for customer personnel and biomedical engineering teams.
  • You determine priorities of tasks and actions and schedule measures accordingly.

Your expertise:

  • A Technical or University Degree in Electronics, biomedical or equivalent in a relevant life science subject.
  • Relevant professional experience in Imagery expertise Minimum of 3 Years preferably CT, AT and MI.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Good command of English, French and Arabic language.
  • A high degree of computer literacy with knowledge relating to currently approved software and operating systems, networks, and connectivity.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels.
  • A thorough knowledge of company procedures, policies, mission, vision and values.
  • Ability to sell, good teaching skills, good team worker.
  • Ability to manage equipment's and systems installations following the company guidelines and procedures.
  • Innovative and result and quality oriented.
