Description
Whether it is Metal 3, ray tracing, mesh shaders, rendering techniques, we keep exploring all aspects of the graphics and compute pipeline to build future GPU features.You will collaborate with industry experts across Apple to design future generations of the Metal API, shading language, and Apple Silicon graphics processors. You will apply your knowledge of computer graphics to imagine and bring to life exciting new GPU features.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Understand graphics and compute pipeline
  • GPU programming with Metal, DirectX, Vulkan, CUDA, Direct Compute, OpenGL, or OpenCL
  • Programming and debugging skills and knowledge of C/C++
  • Knowledge of real-time graphics algorithms and machine learning is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

  • Programming and debugging skills and knowledge of C/C++
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700 and $300,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
