As a, you will be responsiblefor determining operations required for assembly, test of products by reviewing specifications and other engineering data. You will develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Estimate manufacturing cost, determine time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
You will:

  • Develop and implement production processes for assembly and test of computer devices including monitoring of assigned operations to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards.
  • Recommend and implement improvements and/or modifications in sequence of operations, equipment utilization and internal logistics of material & finish goods.
  • Check on new technology and methods availability on market, design and implement effective and efficient production and business processes with respect to manufacturing, procurement, replenishment and fulfilment.
  • Monitor key production related KPI’s and prepare regular analysis and relevant reports.
  • Lead assigned projects within given area of specialties and granted budget.

Essential Requirements

  • Engineering degree in the area of Production Management, Controls or Electronics (graduated up to 12 months ago).
  • 1+ year of relevant experience as Process, Industrial Engineer or Project Manager.
  • Understanding of industrial engineering methods (flow analysis, simulations, capacity assessment).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and formal problem-solving tools.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Polish both verbal and written.


Desirable Requirements

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in using CAD and/or MTM software.
