Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for all Core HR retained operations.
- Understanding of all HR processes and concepts, including labor law and compliance.
- Publish data metrics for Retained Operations activities.
- Conduct quality audits of data across the service line.
- Oversee and collaborate with various stakeholders on vendor management.
- Possess strong process and technical capabilities with all Core HR-related systems (global and local).
- Review and monitor Talent processes and policies and ensure all are up to date.
- Manage change implementation by ensuring any process/policy changes are communicated to Leadership.
- Liaise with Talent Shared Services to provide assistance under direction of TE Leadership, keeping compliance criticality in mind.
- Participate in special projects to strategically develop, implement, and administer HR impact.
- Conduct training sessions for Employees and Counselors.
- Act as HROSS (admin) for the Core HR module (SAP SuccessFactors).
- Serve as the first line of escalation for Core HR-related issues.
Skills and attributes for success
- Very good knowledge of labor law, confirmed with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Dynamic, result-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR processes.
- Self-motivated, confident, and high-energy individual with strong analytical skills & excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent planning & organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A degree in HR is preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel - working knowledge of MS office.
- Ease in navigating computer systems.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Strong communication, subject matter expertise, relationship-building and presentation skills.
