Digital Program Delivery Leader
Responsibilities:
The Digital Program Deliver Leader will be accountable to lead the program and the team towards successful delivery of the program within the budget, time and at exceptional quality. Responsibility include to build trust, lead, inspire delivery teams to ensure agreed & accepted objectives are accomplished to client and stakeholder expectations. The Delivery leader will work across the value stream/portfolio of digital services as well as the underlying technologies supporting them. They must be confident and assertive where required and work pro-actively to resolve blockers/challenges or impediments to delivery, including through escalation where required.
- Manage the end to end delivery of digital projects, including multi location, multi geography delivery teams
- Build and manage motivated delivery teams, both internal and externa development teams
- Drive the Digital team to work at pace, ensuring the team are working towards delivery commitments
- Ensure the team collaborates, communicates and focuses on what is most important
- Coach team members and others, facilitate continuous improvement and apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques for the environment
- Proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles and get the best value against constraints
- Establish performance management guidelines and KPIs for the program, team and deliverables and manage towards successful delivery of each
- Establish effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Ensures the health of the team and should facilitate conflict resolution, accelerating team performance
- Ensure effective management of external/third-party vendors, teams and support systems
Experience Level:
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience using a range of delivery methods include Agile, Hybrid Agile, Scaled Agile, Waterfall and a range of agile project management methods
- 5+ years in an equivalent role, with responsibility for digital project/product delivery
- Experience of managing both internal and external teams & vendors through the full project delivery lifecycle
- Experience in managing cross-functional delivery teams including remote/offsite and external resources
- Experience in matrix-managing delivery teams
- Demonstrable experience with introducing agile and lean practices into an organisation
- Demonstrable experience in adopting using modern agile tools for efficiency and productivity
- Deep experience in using Agile management tools including Jira, Azure DevOps

Qualification:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree
- Certified Scrum Master is Required
- SAFe certification is Required
- Product Management & Project Management qualification (APM PMQ, Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent) is a plus
