Job Description:

-Power BI Developer (5 to 8 years of experience)

Technology Stack:

• Power BI Desktop, Power Bi Service, Power BI report server,
• Embedded analytics
• DAX, M script, Power Query, SQL, Data modelling
• Advanced data analytics
• Azure/AWS services

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver BI solutions that meet their needs.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and implement the data models accordingly.
• Maintain and support existing BI solutions, ensuring their reliability and performance.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
• Optimize and maintain database and data warehouse structures for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and quality checks.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and best practices.
• Stay current with the latest Power BI features and updates, as well as industry trends in data visualization and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, DAX, and data modelling techniques.
• Experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Mobile.
• Familiarity with data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modelling) and data mining.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Constraints

• As this is in an ODC engagement the candidate should be willing to work from office on all workdays.
