Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies or clients.
Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to communicate with Indonesian speaking customers.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape with the ability to work with evolving and emerging products.
Ability to operate flexibly in a fast-paced constantly evolving team environment, navigate through ambiguity, and work with minimal guidance.
Ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders, internally, and with customers.
Ability to identify solutions and insights from data with excellent analytical skills.
Ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment with project management and organizational skills.
