Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM.
• Collaborate with partners to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement data models, workflows, and integration processes.
• Oversee the data matching, merging, and consolidation processes.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the MDM team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues and incidents.
• Improve MDM processes and stay updated with the latest MDM trends and technologies.
• Provide demos to Customers and Pre-Sales teams frequently to highlight advantages of MDM SaaS over On-Premise MDM and give overviews on workarounds implemented and their benefits.
• Work with Support group to highlight product gaps or issues that need resolution.
• Work with The product team to prioritize feature requests and get them incorporated into the tool.
• Lead a team of professionals and contractors on projects that involve by communicating risks, managing issues and coming up with mitigation plans.

Role Essentials

• At least 6+ years of experience in Informatica MDM with in-depth understanding of functionalities and capabilities.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Quality, Address standardization IICS Platform (Informatica Cloud).
• Minimum one end-to-end implementation of Customer master and Contact master, including modeling, configuring C360 (IDD), and building hierarchy.
• Experience with Match/Merge rules, Survivorship, Validation rules.
• Excellent SQL writing abilities.
• Working knowledge of Informatica MDM SaaS platform.
• Working knowledge in company data enrichment such as D&B, HGI.
• Working knowledge in contact data enrichment such as ZoomInfo, LeadSpace.
• Experience using APIs to read data from different source systems like SFDC, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP.
• Experience in any of the cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with SaaS applications like SFDC, Marketo..
• Working knowledge of Python for data exploration and analysis.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud.
