What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s capital markets strategy, including debt and equity financings, liability management, and capital structure optimization.
- Manage relationships with investment banks, rating agencies, fixed income investors, and other external financial institutions to support capital raising and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of financing transactions such as bond offerings, share repurchase programs and credit facilities.
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and investor sentiment to advise senior leadership on capital markets implications and opportunities.
- Support the company’s credit rating strategy, including engagement with rating agencies, preparation of materials, and ongoing dialogue to maintain or enhance ratings.
- Partner with internal teams supporting Accounting, Legal, Investor Relations Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, and Tax to ensure alignment and execution of strategy.
- Own and actively lead other treasury projects as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking or Treasury.

- Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial strategies to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Deep technical expertise in capital markets, including experience with debt and equity financing, derivatives, structured products, and market risk management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transactions, such as bond issuances, share repurchases and loans.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including investment banks, rating agencies, and investors.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to align capital markets activity to broader corporate objectives.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, credit analysis, and valuation methodologies.
- Collaborative leadership style, with a track record of building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive outcomes under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and a track record of building new or improving existing programs or processes, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$194,000 per year - USD$215,500 per year.
