- 5 years of experience authoring reports and conducting briefings that provide stakeholders with actionable insight about security and resilience concerns
- 3 years of experience in foresight, futures thinking, or intelligence analysis
- 3 years of experience in people management
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree with emphasis on coursework related to futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience in translating analysis results into business recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deep interest and aptitude in futures thinking, change management, and strategic planning
