What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Develop and support manufacturing processes from concept through serial production
- Conduct trials, testing, and report results to Engineering
- Assist with factory layout and simulation, including line balancing, capacity modeling, automation, and yield studies
- Support product launches, process validation, and qualification activities
- Oversee installation and commissioning of new lines, ensuring process performance through statistical tools (e.g., GR&R, SPC)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and manufacturing reps
- 3+ years related experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, where automated techniques are utilized in the finishing of consumer products
- Experience working with/developing functional/aesthetic finishing processes (e.g. paint, thermal spray, plating and other metal coatings, etc.)
- Experience in developing, executing and interpreting results of Design of Experiments (DOE)
- New Product Introduction and Manufacturing Operations experience
- Experience using SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
- Well organized with meticulous attention to detail
