Financial Services Risk Management Advisor, Financial Services Risk Management - Traded Products Risk & Capital - Financial Services Office (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1521177), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY.

Advise and provide clients with strategic recommendations on Financial Services Risk Management issues facing the financial services sector, focusing on the identification, measurement, and management of Traded Products Risk and Capital. Focus on financial risk identification, measurement, mitigation, monitoring and reporting of exposures to interest rate, commodity, equity, credit and foreign exchange movements. Provide strategic and tactical advice on the implementation of legislative and regulatory requirements such as Basel III, Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB), LIBOR transition, Uncleared Margin and Comprehensive Capital Adequacy and Review (CCAR).

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the Financial Services industry. Alternatively, must have a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Engineering or a related field and 4 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry.Must have 4 years of experience at a financial institution, a consulting firm, or a combination of both, all of which must be focused on at least one or a combination of the following:
- Capital markets
- Risk management
- Quantitative analytics
- Front office sales and trading
- Front office risk management
- Market risk
- Counterparty credit risk.

Must have 4 years of experience in at least one or a combination of the following from front office or risk management related functions:
- Risk governance, risk appetite, risk identification, risk monitoring, risk measurements (limits, greeks) and risk reporting;
- Capital management and associated regulatory requirements with Basel III and FRTB, including market risk, counterparty credit risk, credit valuation adjustment (CVA) or stress testing;
- Derivatives product knowledge across asset classes including interest rates, credit, equity, commodity, and FX.Must have 2 years of experience communicating with and presenting before senior level client employees.Requires domestic and regional travel up to 80% to serve client needs.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
