Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Operations, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory and/or consulting work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Operations, or a related field and 4 years of advisory and/or consulting work experience.Must have 4 years of experience delivering projects in Supply Chain Management, with focus toward Supply Planning and Demand Management as a business domain.Must have 4 years of experience in Value Chain Synchronization and Supply Chain Re-Invention.Must have 2 years of experience with one of the following Advanced Planning and scheduling solutions such as Blue Yonder, OM Partners, o9, Logility, Kinaxis, Aspentech, or Aera.Must have led and managed at least 2 full lifecycle Supply Chain Planning implementations in large and complex environment.Must have 3 years of experience in one or a combination of any the following:
- Gather business requirements
- Analyze and transform to application requirements
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis
- Lead Functional Design approval process
- Strong interaction with development team to test and deliver the solution
- Assist customer during UAT
- Prepare and review documentations.Must have 2 years of experience working in Onsite & Offshore delivery model environments.

Must have 4 years of experience in subject matter in at least 2 of the following Supply and Demand Planning areas:
- Inventory Planning
- Planning Horizons
- Modelling Supply Chain Constraints.
