The Job Role:

This Graduate role is a 12 month training within our Cardiac Rhythm Management division, based out around West Flanders, preferably around the axis of Kortrijk – Ghent to cover mainly West Flanders. Or the axis of Antwerp/Mechelen/Leuven to support those regions and Limburg.

You will be working daily in the cathlab or operating room supporting highly innovative Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices from the Boston Scientific portfolio by engaging with clinical stakeholders to promote and train them on our products. You will work in a close relationship with the Account Manager, to effectively develop and implement the sales strategy for the territory and ensure that sales objectives are met in a precise and competent manner.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

1. Be the technical and clinical expert on our complete product portfolio offering:

- Pacemakers

- Defibrillators

- Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapies

- Subcutaneous Defibrillators

- Implantable loop recorders

Skills and competencies required• Be a recent Bachelor or Master graduate (2023/2024) with a Biotechnical, Biomedical Engineering, Scientific Degree or Nursing qualification covering elements of the Heart/Cardiology

• Strong technical insights, able to analyze and comprehend complex algorithms and translate this into clinical practice.

• Able to work in a dynamic environment and stressful situations

• Dutch and/or French native, English fluent
• Be computer/technically savvy.
• Hold a current driving license.
