- A strong working knowledge and experience with both generative and evaluative research methods, including how to apply them in a fast-moving organization.
- Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Social Sciences, Market Research, or a related field with 3-5 years of job experience.
- The ability to work without close supervision but you seek out and welcome feedback from senior leaders and managers.
- Ability to produce great work in short timeframe and adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business.
- A self-starter mindset who is well organized and always looking to improve things.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Pulling from a broad toolkit of research methods, including live studies, un-moderated studies, field studies, participatory design, heuristic evaluations, and remote usability testing.
- Prioritizing initiatives with key stakeholders.
- Proactively soliciting and leveraging competitive research, data, and analytics to inform design and business strategy.
- Championing the Design Thinking philosophy while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional partners.
- Communicating effectively with kindness and empathy including strong presentation skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...Option 2: 5 years' experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area.
