Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • years experiencein technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales
    • OR Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 3+ years experience in technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+years experiencein technical architect, consulting, design and implementation, and/or sales
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+years experiencewith cloud-based solution designs,migrationsand management of technology.
Digital Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49.90 - $96.30 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $64.28 - $105.38 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Transformation Leader - Lead, drive and manage engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.
  • Trusted Advisor - Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth for Microsoft by cultivating customer affinity with Microsoft programs/solutions that drive impact for the customer and establishing Microsoft as a leader. Provide feedback to Microsoft on customer development needs, customer blockers, or mitigation strategies. Work with customers to understand their requirements and propose AI solutions that meet their needs.
  • Customer Usage - Conduct analyses into what customers are using versus needs. Drives greater consumption (cloud and support) with customers based on analysis of both usage and needs. Leverages insights to provide guidance and recommendations to customers; drives, retains, and optimizes customer consumption
  • Customer/Partner Technical Environment - Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap. Architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments, while orchestrating key resources and infusing key Infrastructure technologies
  • Architecture Design and Deployment - Run Architectural Design Session(s) to build plans for implementing solutions which align to customer business goals and technical environments.
  • Connected Customer Experience - Collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders, including FastTrack, Solution Assessments, etc., in developing cloud solutions on Azure.
