As a Principal R&D EngineeringScientist in Renewable Fuels you will design and deliver large, complexportions of the technologies that power our solutions and products. This rolewill lead and support the development of new renewable processes and catalysttechnologies that will provide sustainable technology solutions to the energyindustry.
-Lead and drive projects to deliver integrated solutions for upgrading feedstocks (e.g., biomass and FOGs) into valuable fuels and petrochemicals. -Enable vision for conversion outcomes in future feedstock scenarios through advanced system engineering methods including molecule management. -Lead pilot plant experimentation and drive model-based design of experiments (MBDOE) approach to bring effectiveness and agility. -Build awareness of the market, competition, and new developments. Contribute to technology strategy development to build a strong pipeline of sustainable solutions that will drive growth. -Interface with Research to quickly and efficiently bring next-generation catalysts and processes to market.
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as chemical engineering or chemistry
-10 years of experience in R&D environment with focus on process and/or catalyst technology
