Job responsibilities

• Capture all transactions accurately in the Risk Management Systems.
• Complete intraday and end-of-day processes, ensuring reconciliation checks are performed.
• Collaborate with operations and infrastructure groups to support a unified team approach.
• Perform and sign off on all controls diligently and timely.
• Communicate clearly with support teams for efficient query resolution.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Build an in-depth understanding of trading structures from financial and operational perspectives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proficiency in derivatives and hedging products (e.g., Interest Rate Swaps, FX, OIS).
• Knowledge of front-to-back operations processes, including confirmations and settlements.
• Understanding of infrastructure groups' key elements (Finance, Market Risk, etc.).
• Strong communication skills for collaborative work and effective challenge.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
