Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead Verint’s global analyst relations (AR) strategy, including proactive engagement with industry analyst firms and individuals that cover our space (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC, ISG, Opus, Constellation Research, and others).
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with target analysts to communicate Verint’s vision, differentiation, product innovation, and category leadership.
  • Orchestrate executive and product leadership briefings and inquiries with analysts to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, product management, communications, sales, and executive teams to deliver a unified AR strategy and program.
  • Drive competitive inclusion in analyst reports and rankings, such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, IDC MarketScapes, and Frost & Sullivan Radars, by managing timelines, submissions, and strategic analyst engagement and follow-up.
  • Analyze and synthesize analyst feedback and published reports to provide actionable insights for marketing, product strategy, and executive decision-making.
  • Develop and manage Verint’s AR calendar, messaging, content development, and measurement metrics.
  • Create and execute measurable AR plans to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences (i.e., influencers, industry analysts, consultants).
  • Create strategies and programs that promote thought leadership, profile organizational accomplishments and highlight business announcements.
  • Support Verint events, industry events, and analyst engagement programs via activities including proactive strategic presentations, inbound information requests, and customer, executive, media, and subject matter expert interactions.
  • Monitor analyst research and coverage and disseminate analyst perspectives on market and competitors to key internal stakeholders, with recommendations on AR program impacts when appropriate.
  • Propose, create, and lead programs (light- and high-touch) that sustain interest, engagement, and understanding of Verint’s competitive position and offering
  • Provide counsel to internal leaders on analyst engagement and response.
  • Leverage communication and storytelling skills to coach subject matter experts on shaping winning evaluation responses, briefings, and demos.
  • Share key news Verint events and updates with analysts on a regular basis to nurture relationships and keep them informed and engaged in the Verint story.
  • Manage and develop a manager-level team member, as well as summer interns and matrixed resources across a wide range of roles, to achieve objectives.
  • Proactively manage budget and relationships to drive value/ROI from the program, including optimizing investments, maximizing contractual commitments, and informing forecast planning

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience in industry analyst relations role coupled with eight years of leadership.
  • Proven success in leading and executing AR strategy and plans.
  • Experience in software or technology sector, ideally in customer experience and/or contact center technology space.
  • Successful track record of working and leading a function and team members remotely.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently project-manage multiple concurrent, deadline-driven workstreams and stakeholders using best-practice systems and processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, including ability to shape authentic and compelling storylines, an eye for editing/proofing, and presentation coaching experience.
  • Experience with critical thinking, research, and quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform program insights and actions.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently, effectively, and proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic, and virtual environment.
  • Ability to work in a cross-organizational matrix team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Successful completion of a credit check necessary for travel-related roles that will require the candidate to obtain the appropriate credit line required to travel.
  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working with executives.
  • Demonstrable history of Analyst Relations achievements.
  • Experience using social media and team collaboration tools.
