Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global product and engineering teams todesign and implement AI and LLM solutionsaligned with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver AI/ML models, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies to drive innovation.
- Analyze user behavior on existing solutions andenhance functionality using AI/ML-driven approaches.
- Develop and deliver solutions across all phases of thesoftware development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Buildplatforms that enable adoption of generative AIacross business processes.
- Participate indesign and architecture discussionswith product and engineering teams.
- Writeclean, well-documented, and maintainable codethat adheres to engineeringrequirements:availability,security, performance, scalability, self-serviceability, and observability.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latestAI/ML research, tools, and technologies, includingRAG, agents, and reasoning frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- 2+ yearsof experience inNatural Language Processing (NLP)and machine learning.
- Strong knowledge ofNLP techniques: embeddings, attention mechanisms, sequence-to-sequence models, generative AI.
- Experience designing and implementingNLP and LLM models, includingAgentic AI workflows.
- Proficiency inPython, with extensive experience usingTensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML libraries.
- Solid foundation insoftware engineering fundamentalsand stronganalytical/problem-solvingskills.
- Experience withBig Data technologies: BigQuery, Bigtable, Spark, Kafka, graph DBs, etc.
- Hands-on experience withgenerative AI frameworks: LLMs, RAG, ReAct, agents.
- Knowledge ofLangChainand modern LLM ecosystems (e.g.,GPT-4, Claude).
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages:Python, SQL, and Java.
- Fluent inwritten and spoken English.
- Ability toquickly adaptto new technologies and frameworks.
