Responsibilities:

  • Manages and prioritizes multiple tasks and assignments for the team including tracking tasks and tickets in system(s) of record, ensuring enterprise service level agreements are met, and participating in defect, incident, problem, and change review meetings and release activities
  • Provides point of escalation for team members, peers, and partner teams, and shares the leadership Point of Contact for triage of high priority incidents or consulting engagements
  • Performs all responsibilities of team members from applicable teams
  • Works with appropriate teams to ensure alerts, monitoring, dashboards, and processes are established appropriately for new projects and initiatives
  • Participates and helps with resource interviews and onboarding processes
  • Performs access reviews, conducts compliance activities, and serves as a delegate for administrative processes
  • Creates the on call rotation schedule and ensures support for off hours, weekends, and release windows

Requirements*

  • Education* Any Graduation in Engineering/Science/Post Graduates
  • Certifications If Any
  • Experience Range* 8 to 14 years

Foundational Skills:

  • Messaging stack as ISO 8583
  • Linux – Scripting - python, shell, Usage of extensive Unix/Linux commands
  • DB – DBMS concepts, SQL, MySQL
  • Programming Language - Java (enterprise JBOSS), C++
  • Monitoring Tools - Dynatrace, Splunk, SiteScope, Catchpoint, TOAD

Desired Skills:

Networking – Cacti, Python

  • Server Administration experience would be a plus to compliment the card industry experience.
  • Administration of tools relative to Payment industry, Cards, ATM & POS Terminal and transaction processing protocols

  • E-commerce
    • Hosted Payment Pages/Secure Acceptance
    • Recurring and Tokenized payments
    • Knowledge of payment modules of SPreedly, Shopify, Recurly, Netsuite,
    • E-signature services like Docusign, rightSignature
  • Mobile Payments
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay
  • Point of Sale Technologies
    • NCR
    • PAX
  • REST APIs
    • VISA Developer APIs
  • Fraud and Transactional Risk Management concepts
