What You’ll Do
- Design formal and experiential learning solutions to support the Critical/Sensitive agent persona
- Develop dynamic, impactful & functionally relevant learning assets, for multiple modalities (phones, chat, email etc.)
- Analyze and maintain our Auto Crash and Claims (VCC) curriculum
- Create performance support learning experiences that address the learning gap, moment of learning need, and the identified KPI according to the agent persona
- Leverage the capabilities of Google Suite, Articulate Suite, and other multimedia tools to improve the learner's experience
- Review and evaluate existing assets to make recommendations for enhancements, revisions, and re-design
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and development of learning programs
- Formal knowledge of instructional design, curriculum management, and adult learning theories
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating experiential learning assets not limited to simulations, role plays etc.
- Strong project management, and organization skills and work independently to achieve design target timelines under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in fields such as financial services, insurance, or safety compliance.
- Experience in UX and visual/graphic design
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, SCORM and HTML5
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$95,500 per year - USD$106,250 per year.
