What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain software applications – Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of all components in optical technical stack.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues – Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects, performance issues, and technical roadblocks.
  • Conduct code reviews – Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and code quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements, design features, and deliver high-quality solutions.


What you'll bring:

  • Proficiency in programming languages – Strong knowledge of languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++ and familiarity with software development frameworks.
  • Problem-solving skills – Ability to think critically and creatively to design efficient solutions and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Attention to detail – Writing clean, well-documented code and thoroughly testing it to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Collaboration and communication – Effective teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
