Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Partner with customers, solution architects and field teams to define customer scenarios and Infrastructure feature requirements. Help drive clarity of requirements with engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and functions within Microsoft to monitor product usage and report updates to the broader organization.
• Collaborate with Azure Data and AI teams to develop a unified product strategy for healthcare and life sciences customers transitioning to the cloud.
• Coordinate engineering help for high-profile incidents and perform root-cause analysis with guidance from others.
• Help in large healthcare customer onboarding for Azure platform migrations. Partner with engineering team to help build automation and quality check solutions to ensure seamless migration experience for customers.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in one of the areas - Cloud Infrastructure / Networking / Security/ Electronic Health Records or Data Management and help author white papers that will help customers.
