ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Participate in various processing functions for Wealth accounts, including securities and investment related transactions.

2. Assist in the creation of procedures and work flows as required. Procedures will ensure delivery of the highest quality of operational excellence while meeting compliance rules and mitigating risk to Truist.

3. Manage workloads to ensure work is performed accurately and on time.

4. Work with others to develop solutions for clients or resolve operational inefficiencies when requested.

5. Participates in projects, conversions and system testing as requested.

6. Stay current on trends, new asset types, business, etc. in order to properly maintain up-to-date processes especially in area of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. Associate's degree or equivalent education and related training.

2. Two or more years of Wealth Management experience.

3. Knowledge of securities operations.

4. Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with members of Securities Operations.

5. Ability to know when to raise issues to manager.

6. Good analytical skills.

7. Good problem solving ability.

8. Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business-related field.

2. Two or more years of Securities Operations experience.
