Job Duties: Utilize experience in designing and developing software components, and End to End implementation experience with the Salesforce platform to oversee technical consulting vertical. Lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients. Review options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security. Define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a solution. Hire, fire, supervise direct staff and their work product. Manage team to assign appropriate tasks to meet deadlines and team goals.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Information Technology).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Architecture and development of shared cloud environment; (2) Business process analysis; (3) Use case creation; (4) Requirements definition; (5) Designing, prototyping, developing, and unit testing solutions for projects; (6) Creating and maintaining technical specifications; (7) Providing root cause analysis; (8) APEX; (9) Visualforce; and (10) Salesforceconfigurations/customizations.Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
: $273,915.00 - $334,600.00 per annum.

For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $273,915 to $334,600. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $273,915 to $334,600.
