- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of direct industry experience in data, analytics, and/or AIML management roles
- 10+ years of consulting and/or high tech presales roles supporting data, analytics and/or AIML initiatives
- Proven track record in developing data-driven strategies that influence C-Level decision making
- Demonstrated success navigating complex organizational structures and aligning diverse stakeholder interests
- Deep understanding of data-centric business transformations extending beyond technology with ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills with emphasis on fostering innovation and driving organizational change
