Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in operations, process improvement or analytics in a consultancy or advisory role, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience managing projects with engaging resources, priorities and changing workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in a cross-functional, changing environment and leading operations initiatives.
Experience with accounting, finance or people operations principles.
Ability to take initiative and drive/prioritize multiple initiatives.
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
Excellent project management, influencing and communication skills with the ability to work cooperatively and proactively with colleagues, partners and vendors.
