Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in leadership in a public sector organization, overseeing the advancement of priority initiatives such as technology implementation, managing budget and procurement decisions, or personnel/resource management.
Experience establishing and maintaining sustained relationships with executive-level decision-makers across public sector entities.
Experience in Federal Science and Research, working within Department of Energy.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience evaluating vendors, making key procurement decisions, and shaping internal policies or procedures that impact operations.
Experience influencing the direction of strategic initiatives, technology adoption, and funding allocation.
Knowledge of current pain points, emerging technologies, and potential opportunities for innovation.
Understanding of the Federal Healthcare Research technology landscape.
Understanding of the cloud-based technologies (e.g., Google Cloud).
