Your Impact

As aTechnical Leaderyou will driveend-to-end ML solutions, designing and deployingtransformer-based modelsbuilding dataML infrastructure, and developingAI-powered systemsthat solvereal-life industry challenges. You will work acrossmodeling, infra, ML ops, and system developmentto shape the future of AI.

• Lead the design and deployment ofend-to-end ML solutionsfor real-world applications
• Develop and fine-tunetransformer-based modelsfor diverse AI challenges
• Work acrossmodeling, ML infrastructure, system development, and deployment
• Collaborate withcustomers and internal teamsto align AI solutions with business needs
• Ensure AI models arescalable, robust, and production-ready
• Providetechnical mentorshipandlead initiativeswithin the ML team
• Research and applycutting-edgeML techniquestooptimizeAI-driven products

Qualifications

• degree with 7+ years (or)Mastersdegree with5+ years (or) PhD degree with2+ year of software development industry experience
• 3+ years of industry experience inbuildingML Systems end-to-end (data processing, model training, deployment)
• Experience in Python or Go and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Preferred Qualificatio

• Experience working withreal-world AI problems, especially incustomer-facing applications
• Strong understanding ofML fundamentals, classic ML algorithms, moderntransformer-basedmodelsand deep learning architectures
• Knowledge ofLangChain,LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face models
• Background inAI security, risk detection, or fraud detection(a plus, but notrequired)
• Research experience or contributions to open-source ML projects
• Self-starter with a strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
