You will be responsible for developing methods to proactive identify potential customer escalations with products, services, and projects to engage for rapid solutions and ensure strong RCCA’s. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the overall success of our organization and help us deliver high-quality products to our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interact with customers and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience for Honeywell product, services and projects
  • Implement customer analytics for strategic customer accounts for proactive and preventive customer issues
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for customer escalations to address rapid resolution and systematic improvement to failure modes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to drive quality improvements and implement best practices focused on customer experience
  • Develop and maintain customer quality processes, metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement


YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality engineering, technical services, project engineering or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methods and tools
  • Experience in leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes
  • Strong customer experiences working complex technical and process issues to resolution and improvement.
  • Knowledge of digital control systems or safety management systems used in an industrial setting

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field
  • Six Sigma certification or equivalent
  • Experience in the Industrial Automation industry
