As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Being the primary point of contact for the customer to provide post-sale support, onboarding and operational effectiveness
- Providing training and guide stakeholders on the customer portal
- Analyzing and interpreting customer usage data contributing to the long-term success of customers
- Developing a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders
