You will report directly to our Chemical Operations Manager and you'll work outof our Chickasaw, Alabama location. In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our chemicalproducts, ensuring they meet the stringent requirements of the semiconductorindustry. Your dedication to maintaining a safe and efficient work environmentwill contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Rotating Schedule working 12 hours both on days andnights
Position Responsibilities: - Operates hand or power tools, forklifts, computers, and production equipment. - Is responsible for maintaining Safety, Environmental Quality, ProductQuality, Productivity, and Inventory accuracy for their area.
- Arrange, load, move, package, handle, transfer, label, sample, and documentprocess materials.
- Set up, adjust, clean, take apart, put together, or perform minormaintenance, on machines, or equipment.
- Verifies equipment, or areas, are safe for normal use, hazardous work,servicing, or maintenance.
- Monitors and controls processes using visual observation, process data, andon-line testing.
- Identifies and troubleshoots problems in processes, products, or equipment,and work for a solution.
- Gathers, maintains records, and uses statistical control charts.
- May generate, handle, transfer, move, drum, label, sample, and documentwaste.
- May prepare, load, move, and unload various materials.
- Reasoning ability - Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with avariety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizationexists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.
- Performs tasks assigned to operations as per Master Task List. - Coaches and trains others on plant operations.
- Willing to work shift work including weekends

- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, and bend.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and various weather conditions. • 1+ years of experience in chemicalmanufacturing or a related field
• Basic insight into chemical processes andequipment operation

• Associate degree in Chemical Technology or arelated field
• Experience with cleanroom operations
